Internasjonalt samarbeid

Vi har initiert eit internasjonalt samarbeid, The Global ECT-MRI Research Collaboration (GEMRIC). Her vil data frå andre lignande prosjekt bli samla inn og analysert med same metodar som vi brukar i ECT-MRI.

Samarbeidet og GEMRIC studien vert koordinert av Leif Oltedal frå Universitetet i Bergen. Her er det oppretta ei felles analyseplattform og forskningsinfrastruktur for sikker lagring av pseudonyme data.

Professor Anders M. Dale og  Dr. Hauke Bartsch ved University of California San Diego er viktige samarbeidspartnarar i GEMRIC. Dale sitt miljø står sentralt i fleire store multi-senter-studiar, og har for eksempel utvikla verktøy som gjer det enklare å samanlikne data som kjem frå ulike MR-maskiner.​​
