The meeting is designed to update seafarers' doctors approved by the NMA, whether they work in Norway or abroad. It counts as refresher training for the doctors.

The meeting is open also to other participants. The meeting is organised in conjunction with the Norwegian Sea Health Conference, which will be organised in the same venue on the 11th and 12th April 2018.

The meeting will focus on updates from the NMA and the Appelate Body with ample space for discussion and questions to the NMA and the NCMDM. NCMDM is part of Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen and is a national centre of expertise maritime and diving medicine and medical adviser to the NMA.

  • Early Bird fee (registration before 2.Marh): NOK 2900
  • Ordinary fee(registration after 2.March): NOK 3500
  • Accompanying persons: NOK 300

The fee for PARTICIPANTS depends on the time of registration. Early birds get a lower fee. The fee includes conference material, coffee breaks, lunch and drink reception after the meeting.

It is possible to register ACCOMPANYING PERSON who wants to attend the drink reception. It is also possible for accompanying person to attend lunch and coffee breaks during the day, this can be arranged directly with the conference hotel.
